1.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or Pingpong:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

2.How long is the product warranty?

This product comes with a 1-year warranty to keep your housework stable and worry-free. Limidot customer service provides the professional advice on installation and maintenance.

3.What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 14 days. For mass production, the lead time is 30-60 days after receiving the deposit payment. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

4.What is the MOQ for your production?

Usually products do not have MOQ,The MOQ depends on your products requirements.

Air Compressor

5.If the turbine is making an odd noise, it is likely that a piece of metal or other debris is floating loose inside the turbine can. Immediately turn the unit off. The turbine will have to be replaced.

If the turbine is smoking, this is likely due to an excess buildup of paint on the turbine filter. Turn the unit off and remove the turbine filter or filters. If this area has not become warped, clean or replace the filter. If the area has become warped, the sprayer ran too long with a clogged filter and the turbine will need to be replaced.

6.Air tank pressure drops when compressor shuts off.

If the air tank pressure drops when compressor shuts off,this is likely that loose connections of joints, pipes, etc.Check all connections with soap and water solution and tighten.

7.Why is the air output lower than normal?

If the air output lower than normal,this is likely that the intake valve is broken.Have authorized service representative repair unit.

8.Why is water leaking from the pump?

Probable causes include worn water seals, a hairline crack in the pump body or cross-threaded fittings/valves. All of these conditions require disassembly of the pump and manifold. If your unit is under warranty, take it into the nearest service center for repair. If it is not under warranty, you should take it into the nearest service center or call Campbell Hausfeld Technical Support.

9.Can I run bleach through my pressure washer?

No. Bleach damages the seals and O-rings in the pressure washer pump. We suggest using a mold and mildew remover specifically formulated for use with pressure washers.

Water Pump

10.Why doesn't the well pump start or run?

If the well pump doesn't start or run,this is likely that wires are connected incorrectly.Follow the instructions for wiring the pump.

11.Why is the well pump operating but pumps little or no water?

If the well pump is operating but pumps little or no water,this is likely that the water level below pump intake Discharge not vented while priming. Lower suction pipe further into well.

12.The sewage pump runs and pumps out sump, but does not stop.

If the sewage pump does not stop,this is likely that the float is stuck in the up position.Be sure the float operates freely inthe basin.
